Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. Acceptance of the Cancellation Policy is required upon booking.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked lesson or fail to show up, your payment will not be refunded.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payment for lessons is required in advance upon booking. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for eligible cancellations (canceled at least 24 hours in advance) will be processed within 5 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
